Cookies & Cream Roll-Out Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

Yields 12 Cookies

  • 1 C Unsalted Butter

  • 1 C Sugar

  • 2 Large eggs

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

  • 2 1/2 C Flour

  • 4.2 oz Oreo Instant Pudding Mix

  • 1/2 C Crushed Oreos

  • 3/4 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder


Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar.

  2. Add egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well.

  3. Roll out dough and refrigerate for 1-2 hrs.

  4. Cut out in desired shapes and bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
