Cookies & Cream Roll-Out Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
Yields 12 Cookies
1 C Unsalted Butter
1 C Sugar
2 Large eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 1/2 C Flour
4.2 oz Oreo Instant Pudding Mix
1/2 C Crushed Oreos
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
Instructions
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Roll out dough and refrigerate for 1-2 hrs.
Cut out in desired shapes and bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
